Your sense of self is how well you know yourself: your values, your boundaries, your desires, your truth. It’s the voice inside that says this feels right for me or this isn’t mine to carry.

The way you see and treat yourself sets the foundation for every other relationship in your life, whether it’s with a partner, friends, family, or even your work. These relationships reflect the beliefs you hold about yourself. They mirror what you think you’re worthy of and what you believe you deserve.

When you have a strong sense of self, you move through life with more clarity and confidence. You make choices that align with who you are, not who you think you should be. You feel grounded in your own worth and less likely to lose yourself in relationships, roles, or other people’s expectations.

This is the heart of Sense of Self. A deeply personal journey of coming home to who you truly are, beneath the layers of conditioning, people-pleasing, and survival patterns. It’s about knowing your values, honouring your needs, listening to your body, and making choices that feel right for you.

I’m a certified somatic coach, specialising in relationships, intimacy, sexology, and parts theory (IFS). My path to this work has been deeply personal. I’ve walked this road of self-discovery and healing myself. I’ve navigated the tender, messy, and beautiful layers, and that’s exactly why I’m so passionate about supporting you through your own.

Through a combination of professional training and personal experience, I help women reconnect with their true selves, reclaim their worth, build authentic confidence, and create deeply fulfilling relationships, starting with themselves.
