Coaching is a supportive space to unpack what’s been keeping you stuck, reconnect with yourself, and make real shifts in how you show up in your life and relationships. Each programme is tailored to you, with weekly 1:1 video calls, integration practices to support your growth between sessions, and optional messaging support if needed.
Between sessions, if you choose to, you’re welcome to reach out via message or voice notes for check-ins or to share reflections as they come up. This support is here to help you feel held and connected throughout your journey. While in-depth coaching happens during our sessions, this space is here for brief, supportive touchpoints if and when you need them.
That’s exactly what I’m here to help with. Once you book your free 15 minute discovery call, we’ll talk about what you’re currently navigating, what you’re wanting more of, and what kind of support would actually feel best for you right now. You’re not expected to figure that out alone.
All sessions are held via video call. You’ll have a secure Google Meet link and can join from wherever you feel most comfortable, whether that’s your lounge, your desk or wrapped in a blanket on the couch. Although I do recommend using your laptop or computer so you are hands free and able to move around if needed.
Somatics is about reconnecting with the wisdom of your body. It’s the practice of tuning in to physical sensations, emotions, and signals so you can understand yourself on a deeper level. We don’t just talk about what’s happening in your mind, we listen to what your body is holding too. Because real, lasting change happens when both your body and mind are part of the process.
I understand that sometimes life happens. If something comes up, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance and we’ll do our best to reschedule as soon as possible.
Absolutely. You don’t need to have done coaching before or know all the ins and outs. But you do need to be open. Open to getting curious, being honest with yourself, and a willingness to make real change. This process asks for your presence, your reflection, and a commitment to showing up for yourself. I’ll guide you through it all in a way that feels safe, supportive, and grounded.
This work is most beneficial when you feel open to exploring your inner world, emotionally, mentally, and in your body. It’s not always easy, but it is deeply rewarding. If you’re unsure, we can always jump on a free 15-minute discovery call to feel it out together.
Of course. You can choose to pay in full, or in 4 or 8 part payments depending on the programme you sign up for. If you go with a payment plan, each instalment is simply due within a day of each session. It’s all about making the process as easy and accessible as possible.
