Creating space for women to come back to themselves, to live with confidence, honour their worth, and create relationships that actually feel nourishing, secure, and true.
This space was born from my own rock bottom. Ending my marriage, becoming a single mum overnight, and realising how far I’d drifted from who I really was. This work changed everything. It helped me rebuild my sense of self and start living in a way that actually felt true. Now I help women do the same: unpack the patterns, reclaim their worth, and create relationships that feel safe, secure, and fulfilling. Real support, real tools, and a path back to the version of you that’s always been there underneath.
When I ended my marriage after discovering years of infidelity, my daughter was just 10 weeks old.
In an instant, everything I thought I knew about my life, and myself, shattered.
I was suddenly navigating first-time motherhood alone while grieving the loss of the family and future I thought I had been building.
In the middle of that heartbreak, I turned to a relationship and healing coach.
At first, just to function. Just to keep my head above water. But what I found was something much deeper. What started as support for the pain became a journey of seeing myself clearly. I began to unpack the patterns I’d been living in for years: people-pleasing, over-giving, struggling to hold boundaries, settling for something rather than risking having nothing. Simply living out of alignment with who I really was. And it all made sense. How those patterns had shaped my relationships and let unhealthy dynamics into my life. As I healed, everything shifted. I started standing in my truth, even when it was hard. I stopped shrinking to make others comfortable. I learned to recognise what felt right and wrong deep in my body. I became clear and firm about what I would and wouldn’t accept in my life anymore.
And that clarity felt like freedom.
The more I learned, the more I kept thinking: Why aren’t we taught this stuff earlier in life? That question is what led me here. To this work. To helping women come back to themselves, to live with confidence, honour their worth, and create relationships that actually feel nourishing, secure, and true. My journey has had its share of pain. But more than anything, it’s been full of growth. Because healing isn’t just about getting through hard things, though that in itself is no small feat. It’s also about recognising that, as hard as they are, these challenges hold the very opportunities for awareness and growth that we might not have seen otherwise. The kind of growth that changes everything.
You hear it all the time: “do the work.” But what does that actually mean?
Most days, it just feels like one more thing on your already full plate. Overwhelming. Confusing. Like a box you don’t have time to check.
I believe personal growth and alignment shouldn’t feel like a task. It should feel like coming home to your true self. Like opening a door to who you were always meant to be.
My approach is about creating a safe, non-judgemental, and trusting space where you can explore, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and supportive. We work with the whole you. Not just your thoughts, but your emotions, your body, and the deeper layers that often get pushed aside or silenced.
Here’s how:
This isn’t about “fixing you”. It’s about helping you to be more confident and empowered to be your true authentic self, in every part of your life.
Even if you’ve always stayed too long, shrunk yourself too small, or put everyone else first. It’s never too late to take your power back.
