A 3-week group journey for women navigating the emotional in between after a breakup or ending. Designed to help you steady, make sense of what’s happening inside you, and begin moving forward with clarity.
After a breakup or ending, many women feel emotionally stuck. Life keeps moving, but internally things feel frozen, repetitive, and hard to shift. Like part of you is ready to move forward, while another part keeps looping.
This is often where a lot of women get stranded. You are not in crisis or deep despair anymore. But you are not quite able to move forward yet either.
This space is designed for the in between. It is not a space to rush closure or force clarity. But it is a place to land. To steady.
And to begin making sense of what is happening inside you, so you can move forward in a way that feels manageable and grounded.
This is a small, intimate group programme that takes place over three weekly online sessions, for women navigating endings and new beginnings.
Across three sessions, we explore:
What is happening in your nervous system after a breakup.
Why emotions and thoughts can feel repetitive and hard to shift.
Why feeling stuck is often a body response.
Why distance and no contact can feel so hard.
Why the pull back can feel stronger than logic.
Alongside this, you will be guided through reflection and questions to help you understand your breakup more clearly, and begin gaining clarity around what you want moving forward.

Three 90 minute live online group sessions will be held on Thursday 5th, 12th, 19th February 2026 at 7.30pm NZST. Sessions will be in a small, intimate group. Spaces are limited.
